Coordinated with lenders, inspectors, and agents to ensure that the terms and conditions of the contract would be bet to ensure a completed closing date. Completed BPO's for clients and mortgage bankers. Also interviewed clients to determine what type of property best fit their needs and then guided the client through the entire process of purchasing the property.

My role at Lindsey as a 3rd party property manager was lead of residential, multi family and commercial properties. I. Was responsible for the day to day operations as well as the short to medium term planning and evaluation of property performance. This challenge allowed for me to take on substantial responsibilities and a feeling of personal ownership in the success of the assets under management.- Oversight of a portfolio of real assets consisting of over 470 single and multi-family residential units and nearly 1 million square feet of commercial space, including; warehouse, retail, office, government, and special use facilities.- Successfully lowered delinquency and tenant default rate by 7% on properties through increased screening methods and updated application process- Redeveloped eight properties by reducing expenses, capitalizing on market rent, updating interior and exterior of the property, reducing expenses and exceeding NOI goals for each property.-Arkansas real estate license -Created new system for move in and move out procedures; analyzed new inspection property software that reduced cost and tenant deposit complaints.

Had the opportunity to teach the art of fly fishing to everybody from all ages and walks of life. Helped teach the clients how to read the water and location on spotting the fish. It was an incredible opportunity to each others the basics on how to cast a fly rod and all aspects of fly fishing. When I wasn't on the water I was able to network and help sell memberships for the club.

While an intern at Sage Partners I was able to learn about commercial real estate. During my time working with the partners at Sage I was able to help the partners research small towns in Arkansas where growth was an opportunity for their clients such as Hibbett Sports. Contacting local cities in Central Arkansas that were actively seeking new business opportunities in their area. Also directed building tours of retail and warehouse space. For the partners, I also created weekly reports for the firms listing that provided market insight on the selling or purchasing of property.
