Experience with Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) and INCOTERMS. -Formulate unique terms and conditions such as Cooperative Agreements, Cooperative Research & Development Agreements, and National Defense Authorization Act Section 845 Other Transaction Agreements.-Contract closeout and reconciliation of cancelling funds for ADP.-Experience with SAP for the purpose of tracking & issuing contract invoicing and EVMS support. -Evaluate and manage all contract-related functions/performance to determine necessity for contract modifications, and compliance with contractual obligations. -Maintain communications to ensure timely contract execution by the parties. Ensure final contract documents are consistent with agreements reached at negotiations.-Generate, negotiate, maintain, support internal and external customers with ACAs, PIAs, and NDAs.-Contribute to the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards. -Lead proposal development, program, and coordinated financials, to ensure organizational compliance with terms and conditions. Provide assistance on contractual matters to internal and external customers.-Safeguard, assert, and review all data rights, software, and intellectual property matters; financial data requests; and ensure compliance with terms.-Analyze risks; profit/fee determination; craft proposal premises. -Review proposal objectives, rates, ground-rules; re-establish pricing.

Responsible for merchandise flow & presentations, front end operations, customer service, managing a team of four associates, employee retention, designing marketing for Copy Center Business Members, coordinating multiple projects to meet multiple deadlines, working with clientele in the copy & print center, sales, budgeting, and cross trained in multiple areas of the store.

Responsible for office organization, clientele interaction and interfacing, job proposal writing, merging Schiff & Associates culture with HDR, writing letters to clientele, executed a special project to establish and head an open house to formally introduce the new HDR acquisition to Schiff & Associates clientele and staff, and marketing analysis and research.
