My purpose is to help others discover and live their purpose. I pursue this purpose to play forward the same gift given to me, the ability to live a richer, fuller and more meaningful life. I profoundly grateful to Joe Hillesheim, Brett Thomas and Rand Stagen for this gift of purpose.I pursue this through a commitment to self-awareness, curiosity, discovery, listening, sharing and gratitude. I’m committed to daily growth drawn from my realization that many of the qualities that society considers innate abilities are, in fact, skills that can be gained with a learner mindset, mastery practices and the right coaching. I truly enjoy hearing from and helping others discover their purpose and experiencing the intrinsic motivation that living on purpose brings. I’m humbly grateful for my blessings knowing that even as I pursue these practices and mindsets, much of life is not in my control. I have twenty plus years of HR technology experience, the majority with SAP SuccessFactors. I believe people are the source of any organization's success and that the right HR technology is an enabler of people’s best selves. I’m passionate about architecting solutions that engage employees in their organization’s mission.
