It ensures “Fair Market Value” or “Economic Rent” is received from all sales and leases and manages the disposing of property not required by the department.• Developed Permitting systemProvides the capability to follow the entire permit process from start to finish while providing an executive dashboard. The configurable executive dashboard provides a quick overview, showing users the status of all applications and permits.• Developed Outdoor Advertising systemAllows for efficient organization with the ability to manage and track permits, upload / link documents, and generate reports.
