As a Senior Project and Quality Assurance Manager I have over 15 years experience building and leading successful software development projects at The Dun & Bradstreet Corporation. Previously, I was President and CEO of a successful Sports Restaurant in the Lehigh Valley which employed over 30 employees and provided much needed financial growth to our community. Our success was praised by President Barack Obama in a national speech on small business.I have been particularly effective in creating a positive and productive work environment that enables my team to maximize their potential. I’ve been instrumental in creating new processes and standards while leading a project which are used as a framework going forward. My vision in 2005 for the creation of our sports restaurant utilizing mass TVs and a large inventory of craft beers has been copied 20 plus times and is now the standard blueprint for any new sports startup restaurant in the Lehigh Valley.My strengths include Risk Management, Quality Assurance, and Requirements Gathering, among others. Some of my accomplishments include:• Oversaw demolition of failing seafood restaurant and reconstruction into a sports themed bar and restaurant. Reopened within projected 5 months and within budget restrictions. Coordination required with over 20 different contractors.• Constructed an offshore framework where management of projects is conducted onshore while the Quality Engineering is executed offshore. Successfully reached ratio of 1:3 onshore to offshore consultants to meet financial technology goals of a successful offshore model.• As Senior QA Project Manager Instituted Quality Assurance into all technology projects as part of a D&B standard which closely followed the Microsoft Solutions Framework of Project Management.- Previously consulted through Matrix as a Senior Business Analyst for Dun & Bradstreet
