Responsible for vault and counter transactions involving high volumes of cash movement and cash transfers within the bank and to the UAE Central Bank. Co-custodian of the vault, Branch ATM/EDM and as well as the secured items of the branch. Maintain files and documents in the department.Worked in the cash and operations department of the branch handling various day to day operational transactions involving high volumes of cash and cheque transactions while maintaining the highest level of customer service quality. Responsible for the branch's ICCS scanning and posting, checking of vouchers as well as maintain records and balances for the branch's suspense accounts and GL accounts. Prepare sheets and files for back office purposes. Maintain stocks in and out of the counters and is responsible for placing orders if required.

Worked in the cash and operations department handling various day to day transactions including but is not limited to deposits, withdrawals, account transfers, manager's cheque issuance and telegraphic transfer processing which require utmost care and accuracy at source. Trained to take the place of the head teller whenever needed.Assigned to prepare branch and department reports for submission to Compliance, Treasury and Central Operations. Handles inward clearing posting. Coordinates with the corporate department for operational matters of high valued clients.
