My passion is delivery through and with our people – with more than 25 years experience across sectors including IT, Telecoms, Banking and Insurance and in many geographies (Ireland, Caribbean, Middle East, UK) – and having spent 6 years driving the growth of the Jackson Lees Group - I set up the MAPD Group with Joanna Kingston-Davies to power the ethos of Making a Positive Difference through more law firms in the UK. We do this by acquiring law firms (buying the Jackson Lees Group was first!) and driving the MAPD ethos into the communities that they work within.
