As a Library Assistant, I am charged with maintaining the look of the library. I also, work on data-entry projects for the library. Above all else helping our patrons is something that I must do. Anything from helping students use our online databases to finding books that they need or request.

As a Game Advisor for GameStop, my main duty was helping any and all customers who come into the store. I practiced a "One and Done" style to ensure that customers not only got what they wanted, but also left with information. The information would be on future deals or accessories that they either needed now or will need later.

Being a Sales Associate required me to be able to apply a "One and Done" approach to my interactions with customers. This ensured that they left the store satisfied and well educated on our products and services. Other duties included: Maintaining the look of the store, and using effective communication to ensure that devices used for demos were always working they way they were supposed to.
