I have seen huge changes in the marketing services sector from new technologies, new media channels, an ever changing competitive environment for agencies, changes in talent needs, changes in client and consumer behavior, entry into and development of new markets. I have been involved in the agency responses to those changes including consolidations, reorganizations and restructures. I have a unique perspective on “what works” and “what doesn’t work”, based on experience and continuous listening and learning.
