Experience in holding training meetings with work crews to improve understanding and build team environments to meet the demands needed to be successful on a daily basis. Experienced in running CI teams to help drive improvements and communicate changes. Experience with Kronos time and attendance payroll, EAM work order entries and Requisitions, First Aid and CPR trained, Reach and counterbalance forklift license, Fall arrest trained, SQF trained, and knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety laws and Regulations.
