I started my Army career as an enlisted Air Defender with the Patriot missiles and transitioned to being a Warrant Officer in Army Aviation. I retired from the Army as a Black Hawk Instructor Pilot and Maintenance Test Pilot. I have flown over 1,700 helicopter hours in various missions and environments, including overseas, utility, and VIP operations. I have over 300 General Aviation fixed wing hours with a Commercial Multi Engine Land certificate and an Instrument rating. I have trained and mentored numerous pilots and crew members on flight safety, maintenance procedures, and mission tasks. I am passionate about aviation and I want to transition to the civilian aviation industry, where I can leverage my skills and expertise to serve the community and advance the field of aviation.Currently, I am helping maintain the fleet of Black Hawks for the Army’s training center as a maintenance test pilot. Family and quality of life is important to me and I’m always seeking my little piece of heaven on earth.
