In my role as Chief Marketing Officer at Sun Country Airlines, I had the privilege of leading a team of Marketing, eCommerce, Product, Loyalty, and Customer Service professionals committed to creating a high-quality / low-cost travel experience for our guests. In a few short years, we executed a complete overhaul of our brand, website, ancillary products, on-board amenities, and loyalty program. These changes led to both an improved experience for our passenger as well as improved financial stability for our investors – allowing Sun Country to emerge from the COVID-19 pandemic as one of the best performing US airlines – and successfully execute an IPO (NASDAQ: SNCY) in March 2021. Previously, I spent 12 years at Allegiant Air (NASDAQ: ALGT), one of the world's most profitable airlines. I had the opportunity to advance through various roles in the organization and learned how to build strategies and teams that can successfully scale through startup, initial public offering, and ten-fold growth.
