Initially, in 2018, I decided to open condor construction partners with my wife, after we had such fun building our personal home and seeing that it was so well received. We strive to maintain a transparent and positive experience with each client and do so thru clear communication, proper expectations and exceptional building practices. I had the privilege of launching the newest market for Brown Haven Homes in Chattanooga, as they work to scale to 1,000 homes per year. The experience was one of growth, through a forward thinking and proactive leadership team, and one of education as we managed sitework and construction in 7 counties surrounding Chattanooga's. From team building to client philosophy to the scaling of infrastructure, Brown Haven is an industry leader and a stomping grounds for innovation and excellence.
