CurrentManage the rhythm of the business and consolidation process ranging from monthly close and reviews, monthly senior leadership team and business update process, end to end P&L forecast, long range plan (LRP) and modeling, annual target setting and budgeting process with revenue of $16B, $400M in Opex and 3K headcount. • Manage MS Stores monthly close process from communication key deadlines and deck management across teams, to division and channel P&L creation and reporting. Developed detailed product gross margin reporting, as well as managed operational COGS monthly reporting and close support.• Build end to end P&L forecast process and consolidation model by driving alignment across teams. Drive content creation and assist in authoring CFO Review slides to align with Stores Finance Leadership team expectations.• Improved forecast process by transitioning team from data feed process onto Microsoft wide PlanCast forecast tool. • Build and manage LRP consolidation process and end to end P&Ls from revenue to operating expenses.• Consolidated new business into MS Stores of $5B in revenue along with related COGS and Opex.• Managed quarterly system forecast loads for MS Stores revenue and P&L reporting platform along with validation testing. • Developed P&L projection model which included projections for top line revenue performance, product and operational COGS, Operating expense and contribution margin performance. • Manage monthly Senior Leadership Team and Stores Business Update process across teams to meet content deliverables and quality, along with authoring financial performance commentary on overall P&L.• Worked across teams on requirements for implementation of new automated P&L reporting platform.
