Leads the Military Intelligence Intermediate Level and Senior Service Education Courses.- Annually trains 75 senior field grade warrant officers on integrating intelligence into Joint Operations- Teaches program of instruction for Joint Intel Preparation of the Operational Environment, JointPlanning Process, Joint Targeting, Joint Intel Architecture, and Joint All Domain C2.

Senior advisor to the US Army on all matters pertaining to Military Intelligence WOs. - Assessed all areas impacting MI warrant officer readiness including recruitment, accession, professional development, promotion statistics and retention. - Oversees personnel policies, procedures, and leader development for over 2500 MI WOs in the Active Army, National Guard, and Reserves. - Provides advice, counsel, and mentorship to commissioned officers, warrant officers, warrant officer applicants, and other noncommissioned officers on MI warrant officer lifecycle management.

Led the development, management, and execution of all MI WO training and education. - Directed a team of 30 course managers, instructors, and curriculum writers.- Modernized programs of instruction for All-Source, SIGINT, GEOINT, CI, HUMINT, IEW Maintenance/Integration and intelligence support to the Defense Attache’ Service. - Trained 550 students annually from Active, Reserves, and National Guard.

Synchronized the intelligence warfighting function among Special Operations Forces.- Led the production of timely, relevant, and accurate intelligence support to the USSOCOM Commander, Staff and the global Special Operations enterprise. - Integrated single-source intelligence capabilities into fused all-source products to support targeting, collection management, and decision-making. - Led intelligence integration, knowledge management, force management, training and emerging intelligence requirements for a globally focused intelligence work center. - Ensured quality of analysis and satisfaction of national-level Defense Intelligence Analysis Program (DIAP) responsibilities including intelligence support to irregular and unconventional warfare.

Managed the career and worldwide assignments of over 1,500 All-Source, SIGINT, GEOINT and HUMINT/CI WOs.

Senior Analyst, 1st Armored Division G2 responsible for the production of time-sensitive, relevant and predictive intelligence regarding disposition, composition and intent of threat forces. - Managed the division's Common Intelligence Picture by fusing multiple intelligence disciplines to visualize and describe threat forces.- Prepared and communicated intel support products to enable planning and operations.- Trained and supervised 14 junior analysts in All-Source intelligence tools and techniques- Developed detailed analytical research papers and special assessments in support of operations and senior leader decision-making.

Developed, delivered and managed the All-Source Intelligence Tech, Warrant Officer Basic Course. - Expertly taught program of instruction on Intel Preparation of the Battlefield (IPB), the Military Decision Making Process (MDMP), Intel Support to Operations, Intel Support to Targeting, Collection Management and Integrating Automation in support of All-Source Intel Analysis.- Integrated advanced instructional methods and tools to train over 120 All-Source Intel Warrant Officers- Utilized the ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate) Model to develop and sustain over 360 hours of All-Source Intelligence training.- Mentored and coached 8 junior instructors.
