• Led 20 personnel in scheduling, communications, and equipment support of U.S. Air Force's newest flight training program. The program provides navigation, electronic warfare, and weapons operations instruction to 400+ flight students to fulfill U.S. Air Force requirements annually. • Evaluated and validated 20 electronic warfare courses & 12 simulator scenarios, identified and corrected 75 errors, and ensured training program ready for first training class.• Set the foundation for next generation of aviators as an instructor and evaluator. Completed 50 flight simulator training sorties and 432 hours of classroom and simulator instruction resulting in 52 flight instructor qualifications. Provided 290 hours of classroom and simulator instruction to the unit’s first 11 flight students.
