- Operational responsibility of the search and rescue vessel when being tasked/deployed.- Ensuring a swift clean down/decontamination of the search and rescue vessel, including associated equipment is carried out in a timely fashion to ensure immediate readiness is attained.- Representing the RNLI by attending public face to face greetings at charitable events and local safety occasions.- Planning and executing training strategies to aid in my fellow crew member developmental plans.- Crew wellbeing responsibilities including the correct use of PPE.- Safe operation of pyrotechnics.- Liaising with multiple emergency search and rescue agencies such as HM Coastguard, Police, Fire and Rescue Service, and Ambulance/Paramedic services.

Extensive yard period in MB92, Barcelona where my duties included, but not limited to, painting, polishing, teak treatment, fibreglass repairs, wash downs, general maintenance, operating cherry pickers and chart corrections. Following the shipyard, we carried out several sea trials which resulted in the boat being put back into service after some further minor modifications. Before the start of the season the yacht selected me to be trained as a PWC Instructor. The season then commenced which consisted of three charters and two boss trips back-to-back. On charter my duties included guest interaction, tender driving, anchor watches, wash downs, detailing, water sports tuition, and LSA and FFE checks

Advising of safe water way systems and navigable routes.- Key holder responsibilities, such as correct deployment and storage of boats and equipment.- Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance to both hire, and safety boats.- Ensuring the welfare of customers and staff members.
