Handled all service and repair on Peloton bikes, after initial delivery, within a one hundred mile radius of Salt Lake City. Members scheduled a service time window. would arrive at the bike location (usually in-home), and make all necessary repairs, as well as answer any questions for the member. My partner and I held a 5 star service rating every week for a year and a half, and received national corporate recognition for this.

Assisted in training new employees, the various bike skills needed to keep the fleet runner smoothly through their work season. Travelled abroad to overhaul bikes in their regions around the world, offering suggestions for future overhaul visits, to refine the process.

This was my first job. I learned almost everything I know about hard work and bicycles starting here. I started there assembling bicycles, and doing small repairs throughout highschool. After highschool, it became more of a full-time job, helping in both service and retail. The Bike Rack also introduced me to working in the field of adaptive bikes and helping people with special needs, through their non-profit called Project Mobility. through this, I learned a lot about custom fabrication, and working with people of all different ability levels. Through my employer, I was contracted to work with Wounded Warrior Project on the soldier ride events. I assisted in over 25 of these week long events. The work consisted of tuning a fleet of over 100 bikes, fitting 25-50 veterans to their bike, and making the proper adaptations to fit the needs of the rider. whether they had an amputation, or struggled to balance, myself, along with the team helped to find solutions.
