I have been training at RRTKD since 1994 and assist with class when I can. I also do private training sessions with many students.

I work with daily with wires and ach transactions. I trouble with and for our customers, both internal and external. I create training manuals for our team. I train all new employees on the team. I am a certified AAP since 2017.

Managed a team of 15 travel agents on the American Express Travel Account. Recruited, screened, interviewed and hired new team members. Helped train new team members. Answered questions. Took escalation calls. Completed One on One meetings and trainings monthly with every member of my team. Worked with other team leaders to try and make the workplace fun and enjoyable.

Worked weekends and did a various amount of duties. Read the news, weather and sports hourly. Ran the board for sporting and other events. Recorded and produced commercials.

Hosted a weekly show on Sunday evenings.

Helped launch a brand new office in Fargo, ND. Managed a team of 6-10 customer service reps in the customer service center. Recruited, screened, interviewed and hired new employees. Created training manual and trained in new employees. Took escalation calls from customer. Did IT trouble for our Nurse Practioners in the field.

Over the course of 5 years helped build a team of 6 customer service reps into a 30 plus person customer service call center. Completed monthly one on one's with my team members. Troubleshooting for customers on TV, Phone and Internet issues. Programmed customers phone systems.

Assisted corporate customer with travel bookings, changing reservations, flights, cars, hotels, cruises, Amtrak etc. Helped managed teams on multiple accounts including Corporate, Hotwire.com and Orbitz.com. Took escalation calls from customers.

Ran the Electronic's Department. Recruited, screened, interviewed and hired new employees. Trained new employees. Moved to California to help open a brand new store.

While involved with the DECA program in high school my best friend and I decided to open our own sports card shop. We rented a space at a local drug store. We dealt with customers daily. Buying, selling and trading cards. Went to card shows. Dealt with inventory, financials etc.

Played music, took request calls, did weather readings. Worked the board during remote events and sporting events. Trained new employees.
