I have over 31 years of banking and customer service experience; including 25 years of decision making & team leadership; 17 years of BSA (Bank Secrecy Act), completing enhanced due diligence for MSB (Money Service Business), TPP (Third Payment Processors), & PEP (Politically Exposed Persons) customers, operations risk, background investigations, and decision making. I have consistently met or exceeded expectations and have been recognized as a top performer on multiple occasions. I am highly proficient with using Excel, including but not limited to, building pivot tables that added efficiency and consistency to data review for my groups. I am also proficient with Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and internal Wells Fargo tools & systems. I enjoy peer monitoring as I believe that the company succeeds when all team members succeed. I make myself available to my team for coaching, training, feedback, and advice. I can build new processes from the ground up or help improve existing processes. I have time management, case management, communication, and analytical skills. I can both multitask and be focused when applicable. I can self-manage my workday.
