- As a Senior IT I am one of the contacts for the site and region. We provide all phases of End User Support to include imaging, break fix, new project rollout support. With Medpace being a global company, we also.
- Provide high levels technical support and customer services for local corporate office, Global satellite branches as well as “work from home” employees.
- Provide End User Support to employees that include, but not limited to Office 365, MS Team, SharePoint, OneDrive
- Tracked performance utilizing ServiceNow reporting and dashboards
- Reviewed ServiceNow data to determine common issues and performing “deep dive” with the data to find a “root cause” to remediate these issues as well as develop new processes that can be implemented.
