Currently working as a Vice President with Clarius Partners, responsible for managing the entitlement, design and construction of industrial, office and healthcare developments.Prior to Clarius Partners, I worked as a Senior Project Manager with Independent Mechanical Industries, Inc., focused primarily on heavy industrial public sector. During my 12-year tenure at Independent Mechanical Industries, Inc. I managed numerous unique projects including the final tie-ins / bifurcation gates at both the Thornton and McCook reservoirs for Chicago's Tunnel and Reservoir Plan (TARP), prototype design and construction of one of the world's largest nutrient recovery facilities at the Phosphorus Recovery Building in Calumet Water Reclamation Plant, and the spring power plant outage at Midwest Generation's Station 29.As Senior Project Manager, I was responsible for managing multiple projects from pre-construction through closeout. I worked in both subcontractor and general contractor capacities, overseeing a variety of trades, including pipefitters, boilermakers, electricians, controls, ironworkers, laborers, insulators, sprinkler fitters, and carpenters. Responsible for every aspect of project delivery including design, documentation, subcontract negotiation and execution, equipment and material procurement, safety, QA/QC, cost controls, and client interfacing.
