Instrumental in establishing several first for Alaska involving technologies, i.e. - Level 2-5 multilateral completions, multi-zone gravel packing and thru tubing intervention technology. Knowledgeable and compliant with all Alaskan Operator’s strict Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policies and quality management systems. Developed business strategy for Olgoonik Downhole from conceptual to a fully operating and functional company, based on delivering advanced technology with economic advantages to the client. This former downhole tool/services company is currently operated as QuadcoLLC Strong Business/Financial acumen includes market evaluation based on activity, potential market share and pricing. Labor, asset & equipment allocation, Cost Control & budget oversight, risk assessment & JV management/due diligence. Orchestrated all financial planning for the Alaska Area of Baker Oil Tools on a quartile basis. REV responsibilities were 75MM to 100M. This required daily financial planning based on total available market, competitor share, price management and long-term financial planning.
