CurrentAs the global leader for NICE Actimize sales enablement and sales intelligence I will manage:> Sales Enablement - globally responsible for NICE Actimize sales enablement program, including new hire onboarding, continuous up leveling of the current team, and coordination with product management on the annual sales kickoff.> Sales Intelligence - responsible for providing the global head of sales and other executive leaders with strategic insights into areas of opportunity and risk, enabling the organization to focus where needed to exceed annual goals.> Sales Analytics - responsible for tactical sales operational analytics that ensure the global sales team operates effectively, including forecasting and cadence structure and data hygiene.> Complex deal oversight - responsible for providing sales teams with advice and guidance on complex deal construction, booking policies, revenue recognition requirements, and legal terms adherence. Provide suggestions and creative alternatives in complex and critical deal negotiations.
