Brian started his career with Kroger Grocery Stores in Indianapolis, Indiana. He progressed through their award winning training programs & systems and was promoted into Store Management. “Management taught me so much” said Brian, “from managing and mentoring employees, helping provide the best customer experience, implementing marketing systems to provide optimum store conditions to also enhance the customer experience while maximizing sales.” After 16 years, Brian brought his skills into the new home industry by marketing and selling new homes with Arbor Homes. He was top 2 in sales volume in the State of Indiana for 6 straight years and helped over 600 families get into their new homes. He started his own company in 2002 where he led a sales team for 12 years before moving down to Clearwater, Florida with his wife of 33 years and 2 adult kids. Brian and his family have been visiting the Gulf Coast Area by Clearwater for years and fell in love with the area. Brian's passion for the best client experience and his vast knowledge in the Real Estate Industry by having helped over 1200 families realize their Real Estate dreams brought him to the point of wanting to go to the next level by having proven systems and processes in place by opening up his own company, Dream Home Realty Suncoast. When he is not helping clients he spends his time with his new grandson, on the beach, taking in a baseball game, or working on old cars
