My leasing practice includes extensive representation of both landlords and tenants in the leasing of retail, office and industrial properties throughout the United States.Additionally, I represent both national lending institutions and borrowers in negotiating, documenting and closing mortgage loan and mezzanine loan transactions. I am experienced in representing clients in connection with distressed commercial real estate loans including negotiating forbearance agreements, workouts, restructurings, property acquisitions and dispositions.
