The major program that I program managed and released during this time was the multimillion-dollar program “Harmony” Elekta Linac. was responsible for the entire development lifecycle, using global engineering, operational and commercial teams in China, USA, and UK and external design and supply chain partners bringing together a total oncology solution. The design has provided significant improvement in cancer delivery efficiency with focus on treatment room patient setup. The product successfully achieving CE, 510K and recently China CFDA clearance. The program successfully delivered against budget, Scope including Cost of Goods and install-ability targets as well as functionality requirements and was delivered on time.
