Supports the readiness of the New Hampshire National Guard--a $3.9B enterprise supporting our Nation in the homeland and abroadServes as the Chief, National Guard Bureau's representative receiving and properly accounting for all Federal funds. Ensures all funds are obligated and expended in conformance with applicable statutes and regulations. Acts as director of Logistics, Resource Management and Contracting as well.

Official for many soccer leagues in the Northern New England Region. Served as a mentor and coach for new and developing officials. Assessed and offered feedback to officials on their game performance.

Provides a full spectrum of Human Resources programs supporting a $1.8 billion enterprise. Services include Labor and Employee Relations, Staffing and Classification, Human Resources Development, Equal Opportunity and Diversity, Community Outreach and Sexual Assault and Prevention Response. Works in concert with senior leaders to develop strategic policies and guidance for nearly 3,000 personnel supporting the Governor, President, and the Citizens of New Hampshire.

Serves as installation Mission Support Group Commander, responsible for directing all infrastructure operations of an aviation base. Directs short and long-term training and deployment plans supporting federal and state initiatives. Leads 11 direct reports overseeing 500 staff responsible for Security; Emergency Management; Fire and Emergency Services; Communications, Network Operations and Infrastructure; Logistics activities including warehousing, storage, distribution, shipping/receiving and fuels management; Contracting and comprehensive Civil Engineering activities. Serves as Emergency Operations Center Director during emergency responses and coordinates emergency management and disaster preparedness plans for the installation. As Threat Working Group Chair directs installation posture working with local law enforcement agencies including FBI, DHS, and State Police.
