Responsible for management of AGS (nuts, bolts, screws, etc.) supply to Prestwick and Malaysia sites as well as a number of sub-contractor sites, by ensuring material delivered in timely manner at best cost to meet demanding business requirements. Reduced site Freight costs by 40% by prioritisation and consolidation of Material supply to Prestwick and Sub Contract base. Successfully transferred large work package from UK into low cost Polish Aerospace Company resulting in delivery of low cost fabricated aerospace products to Final Assembly in the UK with 30% cost savings. In September 2015 took over POLS (Paints, Oils, Lubricants and Sealants) Supply and turned a failing supply chain into a successful on time, more cost effective commodity supply to Prestwick. Responsible for all aspects of Quality control for Design Departments, ensuring compliance with CAA/FAA rules and regulations, plus compliance with sub-contractor (Boeing/Airbus and Hawker) requirements for both Prestwick and Woodford sites. Responsible to Development Aircraft Manager for planning scheduled aircraft maintenance, with emphasis on quick turnaround and flight safety. This required estimating work content, organising spares, technical support and external facilities, in order to minimise aircraft downtime whilst maximising commercial return.

Responsible for carrying out audits to a planned programme. Providing information and guidance to other departments as well as the regulatory authorities. Preparation and production of both J31 and J41 Maintenance Schedules to Civil Aviation Authority standards. With additional responsibility for the day to day operation and control of the Technical and Drawing Libraries.

Preparation and production of a CAA approved Maintenance Schedule for BAe 146 and Jetstream 31/32 Aircraft. Responsible for setting up, monitoring and management of the Defect and Reliability System for Jetstream Aircraft. This involved trend monitoring of all component failures, to remove an ‘at risk' components before they fail, to avoid expensive aircraft downtimes carrying out costly repairs The preparation of Customer Modification Standards for refurbished Jetstream Aircraft.

Authorised company signatory with Approved Operator ‘T' stamp status.Commercial and Administrative Apprentice; Trained in all Disciplines required for future managerial staff. This entailed direct involvement in day-to-day operation of various departments fulfilling a variety of functions, including as a; particular emphasis on company law, requirements and deployment, Inspection Administration within Inspection/Quality Department, with emphasis on C.A.A. and M.o.D. requirements, Co-ordination of job cards and materials within Production Control Department in order to maintain shop floor production targets.
