My career journey started as a dishwasher in high school with mediocre grades going to become a baccalaureate with honors. I then started at the first floor as a technical support specialist and have since worked myself up to become a senior level project manager in a Fortune 50 company.Though my title is project manager, my skills and duties flow over into fields that include knowledge management, communications management, technical writing, instructional design, and more.I view my role as project manager as doing whatever it takes to make sure my organization and partners are prepared to adopt new products, policies, and practices. Whatever I do is done with a sense of wonder, innovation, and tenacity, always with an emphasis on ease of use and efficiency.
