Assist Director with organization's day-to-day ticket operations. Specific duties include creation of full and partial season ticket plans in Ticketmaster Archtics database, as well as the setup of group and individual game ticket promotions including creation of ticket types/qualifiers through Tickemaster Classic. Responsible for directing all aspects of athletic ticket sales and operations for 18-sport NCAA Division I athletic program. Duties included creation and execution of comprehensive annual ticket sales plan with an emphasis on revenue generation. Additional responsibilities included forecasting, and reporting generated sales and revenue totals, attendance.

Responsible for overseeing staff’s season ticket sales efforts including creation and execution of renewal strategy and new business development plans. Also directed all ticket operations including establishment of standard operating procedures, game day Box Office management, all processing, fulfillment, and dispersal of ticket packages, sales reporting.

Directed all ticket sales and operations including: renewals of existing and sales of new season tickets, sale of group tickets and related programs, creation of collateral materials, implementation of policies and procedures, Box Office management and all activities with Ticketmaster such as event creation, inventory management and event on-sale.
