Experience / Knowledge:• Currently Manage 2 Shift Managers, 12 Supervisors, & 155+ Union associates for an 800K SF shipping / receiving operation on two shifts, supplying dry, perishable, and frozen groceries to 200+ independent stores across 8 states, moving up to 340K cases per week• Currently Manage second site with 1 Shift Manager, 2 Supervisors, & 30+ Union associates for a 200K SF GMHBC & Tobacco operation on first shift, supplying the same independent customer base as the main site, moving up to 120K units per week.• Previously Managed 3 Shift Managers, 11 supervisors, & 300+ non-union associates for a 1.2M SF shipping operation on third shift at the company’s Bethlehem facility, supplying dry groceries to 3 different customer bases (300+ stores) moving up to 1.6M cases per week.• Provide hands on leadership and positive motivation to promote a team-oriented atmosphere and open communication.• Responsible for ensuring all safety standards are adhered to and procedures / rules are followed.• Responsible for ensuring GMP & food safety regulations are met throughout the facility with the sanitation program.• Played a leading role in taking on an additional 250K cases per week for an additional 28 stores in 2014 at the company’s Bethlehem facility. This involved a major rack re-profile, along with a major adjustment to the schedules and shift balancing.• Took part in managing a site-specific system and building merge in 2016 at the company’s Bethlehem facility, which brought two separately run operations together to run as one. Went from overseeing one customer shipping 850K cases weekly to overseeing 3 customers shipping 1.6M cases weekly.• Play a leading role in the company’s process improvement initiatives to cascade the executive level goals down to a daily level KPI.• Utilize the executive scorecards and the P&L to focus the operation in the direction needed to keep showing improvements year over year.

Experience / Knowledge:• Supervised a shift of 55+ employees in a 1.2 million SF building, shipping out 60+ trucks and receiving 60+ trucks per shift while meeting all time constraints.• Supervised the start-up of a direct store delivery (DSD) operation when our customer acquired another name brand company and moved their operation into the warehouse.• Was customer service manager for 4 years, and ran the department successfully while also building capability within the team to handle other duties of the operation.• Involvement in the company's Process / Quality Management System since May 01, so I have a good understanding of how to implement, train, maintain, audit, and amend corporate driven processes and procedures.
