• Responsible for maintaining all Digital Content Network (DCN) equipment to ensure a premium audio and video experience in the theater environment in the Colorado territory.• Evaluate, maintain, upgrade, and repair multiple brands of playback equipment such as PCs, LCD projectors, and LEN screens using standard defined QA procedures for several different theater companies.• Set up, test, and analyze the advertising software and client/server hardware systems inside of the theater environments at all sites.• DCN maintenance consisting of all hardware/software support and customer compliance visits through all years of service.• Collaborate closely with Field Services, Network Control, Systems/Field Engineers, Project Managers, and local theater staff to support the DCN equipment including testing new equipment, new protocols and creating/updating work documents.• Worked closely with Network Operating Center on site issues and at times be the eyes and ears for their troubleshooting.• Be a remote technician to fellow technicians, third party technicians, and theater staff when issues arose and help them by phone or email to resolve issues on sites.• Volunteered to show, train or demonstrate equipment in the field to co-workers, managers, and customers whenever called upon.• Volunteered to be Site Surveyor. Traveled to sites before installation to assure dimensions, where all equipment would fit, where they will be installed, what equipment will be best, calculate length of electrical or network cabling needed and more.• Volunteered to cover the warehouse whenever the warehouse worker was out. Duties included gathering and distributing incoming packages, sorting company equipment, repairing field equipment, updating and maintaining the warehouse trouble tickets, send out packages to various sites using UPS and FedEx software, and taking calls and answering questions from the Network Operating Center and other Field Technicians.

• Install the Digital Content Network equipment for over 100 theaters across the United States including Alaska and Hawaii.• Cable manage and put together all the DCN equipment at Central Relay Rack at each theater I installed.• Set up, test, and assure all DCN audio and video equipment is up to standard at all theaters before leaving to other sites.• Trained every theater staff on the DCN equipment and how to use them or what to do in case of emergency at every site that was installed and sometimes sites that were installed by other installation technicians.
