Accomplished deploying MS Office 2007 in 60 days to over 500 people with positive business impact, through the implementation of Microsoft’s System Center Configuration Manager 2007. This also included implementation of Group Policies to all domain-based Windows XP/7 workstations.• Created and maintained multi-million dollar budget that included strategic initiatives which promoted departmental goals and aligned with the vision of the business. One notable item was entering our company into a Microsoft Enterprise Agreement (MSEA), which saved our company over $500,000 dollars. This reduced initial and on-going software costs by 50%, while providing additional benefits needed in our organization.
