Using the AGILE methodology, Responsible for repairs, upgrades, and new implementations, the implementation of new hardware, and maintaining ETL through informatica and SAP DS connecting to various DB’s including Mongo, SAP, and S3. Launched PTC into AWS Cloud. I was the AWS SME for the team maintaining the E2 servers, the IAM Users and security settings.

Currently Global Planning Tool Liaison for EMEA (Europe-Middle East-Africa). I support the Servigistics/SPM tool by PTC from an IT functional perspective for this regional instance of the tool. I validate feeds, create tweaks and update settings as needed for the region. I also oversee all Global databases as well as maintain several processes for creating / exporting / delivery / and reporting on data that is sent to the planning tool globally. I am involved in all projects that upgrade / or otherwise improve functionality in SPM worldwide and assist in making Business decisions for what is next to update or improve. I work with VP leadership on specialized reports and interface with regional Managers to update on progress and results. I am currently heading a specialized project to capture global service tags with their respective piece parts. Identifying in excess of 200 million tags and over 20 billion parts with their various service levels and locations with all data being available in a timely fashion for adhoc queries and SPM feeds.

I maintain the Business Processes and the SQL applications that allow routing and creation of Stocking orders/PO's for Dell's Services locations in all of the Americas. I also maintain the SQL data and processes central to our outside vendors ID as well as vital internal Dell IT data/applications for easy reporting and usage in Dell's Planning tools. I maintain data mining and Reporting services for the Distributed Inventory team and I am the SME for the Servigistics/Xelus planning application as well as other Parts Logisitcs/Planning applications used.

I managed Dell's Military Client's service relationship to verify 1) They were receiving the correct level of assistance to their technical issues 2) They were keeping their systems updated to latest protocols and best proactces. 3) They were informed of the best of Breed products and applications to improve their overall Service Life and performance. I interfaced with Client Managers and internal Dell Executives, managers, and technicians to inform of the progress and expected resolutions to service problems. I also provided reporting to outside customers as well as internal executive leadership on high profile issues including steps to combat future problems. My Specialty was with US's Army and OCONUS Operations.
