I have 17 years of progressive experience in the construction industry, starting as an Assistant Superintendent for Richmond American Homes before joining the Walsh Group in 2007. Over the last four years, I’ve been in director and division-level HSE management roles with oversight of multi-million and even billion-dollar projects.In those instances where safety leadership was lacking, I dedicated myself to establishing the kind of programs and accountability systems that have resulted in >1,000 recordable incident free days with improved YoY training and compliance metrics. Having worked my way up from a Project Engineer, I understand safety with an insider’s point of view and strive to build a culture that respects the benefits of lower Incident rates and EMR.
