Acted as area manager for retail Northeast operations comprised of four loan fulfillment centers (LFCs) with total headcount greater than 500 employees supporting Central and Northeastern United States. Increased staff by 140 FTE including four LFC site managers. Implemented new strategies including consolidated closing teams, customer care units, and centralized underwriting teams, resulting in increase of loan fundings by 18% and improvements to other key metrics such as customer satisfaction and quality review scores.

Acted as site leader for Dallas retail loan fulfilment centers (LFC) comprised of 10 teams totaling 185 staff supporting Texas, Missouri, and Louisiana originations sources, including loan set-up, processing, underwriting, closing, pricing support, and post-close shipping functions.
