I worked with kids over the last 10 years. First as a youth bowling coach and now as a youth leader/coach for my local church. It’s always been on my heart to pour into the next generation. I’ve learned the importance of mentorship at the age of 21, when my dad passed away from breast cancer. I had mentorship through coaching and my father all my life, but it wasn’t until my dad passed and I had to lean on other people(especially men) in my life, that I really saw the value of having mentors and a positive role models. I’ve also spent the last 15 yrs of my life in customer service/sales. It was during this time where i learned priceless communication and rapport building skills as well as personal development. These skills and experiences have been crucial to the man I am today.
