About Brian Goodwin

Brian M. Goodwin, Managing Director, is the Chief Operating Officer and Head of Portfolio Asset Management for the J.P. Morgan Asset Management Infrastructure Investments Group ("IIG"). Based in New York, Brian is also a member of the investment committee for IIG. An employee since 2000, he is responsible for the oversight of the Fund’s portfolio companies including reporting, analysis and valuation as well as strategy, risk and governance at both the portfolio company and Fund levels. He is also responsible for Fund operations including client service, fund accounting, tax and research. Prior to joining the group, Brian was the Global Investment Products CFO for Investment Management Americas, where he was responsible for ensuring the timely, accurate and consistent financial reporting of all investment businesses. He has also spent several years at Deutsche Bank and KPMG Peat Marwick, LLP. He graduated with a B.S. in Finance and an M.B.A. in Accountancy from St. John’s University and is a CPA.
