In this role I manage both the enablement and support functions of OssoVR. Ensuring that both our external customers and internal commercial teams have what they need to use virtual reality to it's fullest extent.

Leading the Partner Success Enablement Team. We use data to build tools for our PS Managers to ensure they have everything they need to be successful. In addition our team works on enablement tools for the company, focusing on traditional digital content as well as "metaverse solutions". Co-founded a concept cocktail/mocktail bar to share our love of mixing liquids in glasses and spending time with friends and family. We create seasonal menus to introduce new home bartenders to exciting options and remind professionals that there is always room to learn more! During this phase as a leader on the Extended Reality team, we focused on internal development and creation of virtual training solutions for both sales teams and medical professionals. My role was to work closely with Subject Matter Experts and then work with our team of artists and developers to bring that vision to life.

Providing support and leadership for Global teams working on Virtual and Augmented Reality projects. Primary goal is to ensure we focus on the right areas in the right order to use this technology to its fullest potential across many functional areas around the company.

I joined the Enterprise Mobility group with Medtronic IT in June 2015. My group is primarily responsible for sales and marketing applications for iOS and Android mobile devices, though we continue to look for new ways to bring a positive impact to Medtronic with mobile tools. The majority of my time is supporting our mobile event app called "Medtronic Meetings". This application provides both internal and external stakeholders with their meeting agenda, documentation, venues, and a vast array of other tools to increase efficiency of time management and enhance the meeting experience in general. I provide support for events in person throughout the country.

Support three Financial analysts for various activities. Key laison for IT project requests, with management of proejcts in SAP, Consult, and TTS (for IBM resources). Perform account reconciliations and journal entries in SAP monthly. Responsible for maintenance of corporate owned cellular devices, both in accounting activities, and cost reduction and management for over 6000 devices.

Supported both manufacturing and engineering. Involved in investigation of defects on product line, and problem resolution. Wrote manufacturing procedures throughout entire production line for mechanical heart valves. Responsible for testing/validation of new equipment under supervision of engineers. Oversaw the inventory control system (JDEdwards) and worked on cycle count and inventory turn reduction. While in this role I had to be very flexible as every day brought new and unique challenges.

Held multiple certifications in lathe operation, face lapping, Coordinate Measure Machines (CMM), Metolography testing, and other machinery required for the production of mechanical heart valves. In this role I learned good multi-tasking skills, as I ran many machines at the same time. I also had required daily outputs which translated into time management and goal achievement every day. I also gained critical thinking skills as we dealt with the day to day challenges of machinery and process.
