Weekly talks on a range of topics, from motivation, nutrition and goal setting to name but a few.2. Several Fitness classes and yoga run throughout the week. Our students have access to circuit training, weights and mobility sessions.3. As a level 2 athletics coach, I coach the athletics team, focusing on developing the athlete and finding an event that not only they are good at but that they enjoy too. Athletics is a real favourite of our students, as they get to meet other students who have similar interests. 4. I mentor small groups of students, from practical advice on nutrition, planning and organising themselves and to how best to integrate themselves into a new environment in the Institute 5. I manage the other sports in the school, contacting and liaising with the different coaches.By using my experiences, as an athlete and sport scientist, I teach our students the fundamental key skills required to succeed academically and in their personal life. Hard work, resilience and communication are some of skills the students will learn. We set the bar high at the Institute, and there is no limit to what can be achieved here. Show less
