CES is a part of Mental Health Support Services of Chesterfield County, Va.CES is responsible for helping those with Intellectial Disabilities get and keep jobs in the community. The Job Coaches help the Consumer get the job and Transportation is responsible for getting them to and from that job.I work as the Customer Service Technician/Dispatcher for the Transportation Department, though I can Schedule as well. I am the first line os contact for the Consumer when they have questions and/or concerns about their Transportation. I am also one of the contacts for the Staff here at CES when they are needing changes to schedules, new Consumers added, or have questions and/or concerns.
