Managed multi-million dollar programs and activities providing military and OEM contracted end item users with acquisition and sustaining logistics support. Specialized in radar and telecommunications devices, such as, AN/TPS-43 Tactical Control Radar, AN/FPS-117 Phased Array Radar, AN/MPS-39 Multiple Object Tracking Radar and AN/FMQ-13 runway wind speed and direction transmitters. Worked directly with purchasing department to insure accuracy of contract requirements, prices quotes, and assisted with diminishing manufacturing sources. Collected, analyzed and integrated proposals, contractual commitments, specifications, drawings, engineering design changes, and other data, to plan and develop logistic support from conception through life cycle. Coordinated subcontractors, production departments, and field service personnel in troubleshooting logistic issues. Reviewed T.O. changes and updated technical manuals, handbooks and other documentation. Performed in-process T.O. reviews. Performed special research and technical studies critical to reliability and maintainability.
