CurrentFounding Program Director, Executive Producer, and architect for CHANNEL Q — an award-winning, nationally syndicated radio and podcast network serving the LGBTQ+ and progressive news communities. Designed, launched, currently program, and oversee the hybrid spoken word + Top 40/Dance music platform. CHANNEL Q broadcasts coast-to-coast on 34 stations in 33 cities, including the nation’s top 20 media markets + streams nationwide via the Audacy app. Oversee day-to-day programming strategies and station operations, including managing and supervising talent and production staff. Program executive produce, and manage all OTA, podcast, and digital programming. Shows have included: The Morning Beat w/AJ Gibson and Mikalah Gordon; Let’s Go There w/Shira Lazar and Ryan Mitchell; Loveline w/Dr. Chris Donaghue; What’s Pop’n w/Alex D and, specialty and syndicated shows including: Crooked Media’s Lovett or Leave It; Audacy’s Friday’s w/Frankie Grande; KNX News’ Inside Web3; Justice Now, for 94.7 The Wave and, I’m Listening: Live and I’m Listening: Daily for Audacy. Executive produced Loveline w/Dr. Chris Donaghue. Revitalized the iconic brand with updated programming strategies to emphasize mental health awareness.Manage talent development; negotiate talent performance and endorsement deals; work with legal and talent reps to administer all related contracts. Executive produce live events and Pride season related programming. Manage affiliate relations; partner with the Audacy sales, digital and promotions teams to support the growth of our revenue portfolio. Program and schedule all music and imaging using G-Selector, Music Master and Wide Orbit platforms.
