Web Support (Wordpress Multisite): Helped transition from AEM CMS to Wordpress and then supported each site. This involved page creation, HTML / CSS changes, and Apache Rewrites.

Pennwell Mobile Apps (iOS / Android Apps): Supported the news and event mobile apps. This involved updating and submitting the apps to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.Network Blog Sites (Wordpress Sites): Worked on and supported about 30 sites as part of a Wordpress Multisite Network. This also included work on maintaining our custom Wordpress themes.Adobe Experience Manager CMS (Java CMS): Responsible for page creation and providing support to fix html, css, and data issues on our websites. Also had to create and maintain Apache Rewrite files.Buyers Guide Web Templates (HTML Templates): Created and maintained HTML templates from existing sites to make 3rd party sites look identical to our websites.Online Product Buyers Guide (ETL System): Responsible for loading buyers guide data into Visual FoxPro and then processing it through Oracle and SQL Server.Pennwell CMS (Cold Fusion Web Application): Supported intranet and custom CMS used to publish content from our magazines to the internet. The CMS used Cold Fusion on the frontend and Oracle on the backend.

POS System Development & Interfaces (Visual Basic Application): Retail seller of photographic products needed application development expertise to create interfaces between point of sale (POS) systems, backend databases, and external 3rd party systems. Successfully designed, developed, tested, and implemented the systems. This system consisted of a Visual Basic application on a MS Windows Server accessing a MS SQL Server database to query data and create an e-mail message to deliver the data to the external 3rd party system.Email Subscriber List (ASP Web Application): Created web site that allowed users to sign up for different magazine publications along with an administration area for users to run reports. Also, designed and created SQL Server tables to go into database to hold the application’s data.Data & Image Transfer (Visual Basic Application): Worked for a large client in the photofinishing industry to help rewrite their Photo Delivery Processing System to meet very tight "event photography" seasonal deadlines. Tasked with designing and constructing a visual basic application to interface with the existing front end delivery mechanisms and transferring image data from existing system to new SQL Server database utilizing an XML format.Content Editor (Cold Fusion Web Application): Created new tool for Web-based Learning Management System to allow customers to upload information to the website more easily. This tool consisted of HTML templates that the customer could use to avoid manually entering the data in HTML format.ELVIS Reporting Enhancements (Cold Fusion Web Application): Enhanced the reporting capabilities of a project, customer, and employee tracking web application. The application tracks project information, project status, employee assignments, employee time records, and associated customer billing. This was a Web based application written in Cold Fusion using an Oracle database.

Developed extensive skills in the areas of shell scripting and system administration capabilities in the UNIX AIX environment. Specialized in Oracle database design, data gathering and table loading using the SilverRun database design tool, FTP and PL/SQL stored procedures.Installed and setup a Red Hat server so we could test our web application on different versions of Internet Explorer. This was done by creating virtual Windows machines running different versions of Internet Explorer using VMware.
