My main responsibility is to provide support and assistance to the senior buyer. My duties are primarily data entry, including entering purchase order information, creating new items in our Product Information Management system, and making cost/retail price changes. Other duties include using MS Office to process tasks, including writing bulletins, memos, objectives, recaps, and maintaining assortment plans.

My primary job responsibility was to service my assigned route. I provided various companies with uniforms, floor mats, aprons, shop towels, linen, etc. I was also responsible for growing my existing route as well as gaining new customers.

My primary job responsibilities were to assist dealers in the franchise department with their orders and to support those locations with all of their product needs. i assisted over 120 franchisees located from Missouri to Florida. I encouraged and uphold their weekly order, processed their orders, tracked promotions, and followed up with distribution centers for prompt delivery schedules. In addition, I answered telephone inquiries from dealers in regards to in store promotions, rebate tracking, POS system issues, store credits, and product availability.

My primary job duties were to achieve collection and revenue goals set forth by the company. I achieved these standards by setting expectations and counseling the customer on the importance of on time payments. I contacted the customer by home and by in-home visits. In this role, I was also the assistant manager of the store. My other duties were to direct the sales department through performing cold calls and working potential sales leads. I was originally hired in at this job as a Manager Trainee before becoming the Customer Account Manager.

My primary job responsibility was to run a successful and profitable store through leadership and training. I was in charge of all aspects of the rent to own store such as delegating credit and sales responsibilities to the department managers, as well as the delivery specialists.
