While at working at the Sheriffs Department i was assigned to custody, transportation and court security.In 1992 i began my career with the Tulare Police Department.I have worked as a patrol officer, field training officer and was a member of the S.W.A.T. team. The majority of my career has been spent in the investigations division. I have investigated all types of crimes but primarily homicides, violent crimes, sexual assault and child abuse, high profile financial crimes and computer forensics. Additionally i have investigated numerous officer involved shootings and testified as an expert in the use of force.I have testified as an expert in many areas. Additionally i have assisted with internal affairs investigations related to department computer uses.i have been a public speaker and have spoken to well over 7000 students and adults about internet crimes and internet safety. I have received numerous awards and citations for investigations and community involvement.
