Sinai New York and Indiana University Health System for both new facility construction and an existing hospital vertical expansion. I most recently completed a Digital Health Pivot / Enablement project at Health First and New Facility Budget and Innovation Planning Review at City of Hope. Currently I am working on multiple acquisition projects with a health system in the western part of the United States. My focus is on the technical infrastructure planning and operational integration cutover for each project/facility.

Directed the full life cycle of the Professional Services engagements from quoting, to Statement of Work creation and negotiation, to delivery and implementation of CareCloud Software product solutions with all customers leveraging our developed methodologies and other proprietary tools / techniques. Responsible for the implementations of the Concierge and SaaS client base—representing approximately 200 implementations in 2017 with recurring revenue of $20M. Reported to Vice President, Professional Services- Lead a team of 1 Director, 1 Resource Manager, and 10 financial and clinical implementations consultants, including performance management, skill development and new product training to align with the short and long term delivery needs per SOW’s and sales trends- Primary escalation point for employees and/or customers to resolve problems. Responsible to follow up with other organizations to marshal resources to resolve issues.- Determined capacity needs in cooperation with other Directors/Managers, develops justification for adding additional staff/contractors, submits personnel requisitions for approval, interviews and makes decisions on hires.- Accountable for surveying new client implementations using Net Promoter Score Survey methodology- Assured timely and accurate project status reporting and revenue forecasts for all implementations

Directed all aspects of financial, programmatic, strategic, and operational performance for pediatric specialty divisions in both academic and non-academic hospital and ambulatory settings spanning 10+ locations. Reports to Vice President, Physician Practice Operations- Oversaw the following departments: Urgent Care, Primary Care, Radiology, Center for Safe and Healthy Children (Child Protection), Emergency Department, and Palliative Care- Lead Practice Administrators and support them in managing assigned practices.- Support included analyzing access and patient throughput, productivity analysis studies, human resource management and development for physicians and support staff- Operational responsibilities totaled 60+ clinical and non-clinical support FTEs, 100+ physicians and advanced practice providers; 378,000 patient encounters and $107 million gross revenue in 2015- Advocated for physicians in assigned practices to foster relationships between physicians and Children’s Administration, taking both perspectives into consideration when making decisions- Responsible for the financial viability of the practices including:- Planned and maintained budgets for each assigned practice- Planned and implemented capital expenditures- Partnered with and followed the progress of centralized and on site business office operations- Monitored and communicated physician progress with compensation plans- Accountable for Customer Service practice goals monitoring trends to achieve results in practices- Designated representative of physician practices team on CHOA Compliance Oversight Committee

Directed all aspects of personnel and operations for the following departments: Facilities, Marketing, Medical records/Transcription, Call Center/Customer Service, and Compliance- Practice leader having built trusted working relationships with key physicians leaders, on a 4 member senior management team that directed all physician practice objectives- Operational responsibilities included planning and executing department operating budgets of $4.2 million for a 50 physician, 21 location practice with gross revenue exceeding $100 million- Served as practice Compliance Officer reporting to Children’s compliance department; responsible to monitor and educate SHCC staff on compliance with regulatory requirements- Reported to the Chief Operating Officer, SHCC
