CurrentManage and maintain data pipelines for our clients, with an extremely high volume workload. Use Zendesk ticketing system to keep track and manage issues, communicate with clients, and suppliers. Investigat any issues with pipelines determining where to escalate the issue and how to remediate the problem. Build complex SQL queries to investigate patterns with pipeline issues. Build simple to complex reports for management, to help analyze the analyze trends.Write python and bash scripts to automate tasks.Troubleshoot complex client data issues using Big Query, SnowFlake, Big Snow, and proprietary API tools to determine what the issue is.
