• Develop and maintain strong relationships with state and local governing authorities including planning commissions, city councils and building departments to obtain approvals for re-zoning, change in use, development agreements, design review, building permits and all other entitlements.• Compile, review and comment on due diligence materials, including Phase I / Phase II environmental reports, geotechnical reports, title, survey, etc.• Participates in the selection of General Ccontractors, Architects, Engineers and other consultants.• Architectural, engineering and design management including site design, building design, and budgeting.• Ensure on-schedule project delivery, within budgets and to the highest quality standards. • Represent Jordon Perlmutter & Co. on the Board of Directors for various Property Owners Associations and Metro Districts.
